Comparing weapons from World to Wilds is being done wrong, probably by AI.
I've seen comparisons made of the weapons in World to the weapons in Wilds, as we've seen so far. I hope it's true that the weapons will all look unique in Wilds, but the folks making the comparisons about the weapons are doing it all wrong.
They are taking a weapon tree from Worlds and showing how the weapon looks similar along the tree. Then taking weapons from Wilds in DIFFERENT trees and saying "look at how the weapons are all unique!" Seriously?!? I mean, they aren't just looking at different weapon trees in Wilds, but different weapon types. "Look how much different this Charge Blade looks compared to this Bow, look how unique they are!!!
That's like saying look at all the apples in the one tree, they all look the same. Then compare that to the look of this orange and banana, look how unique they are!!!
How about, take weapons from different trees in World and compare them, look how unique the are!!!
These are all Great Swords from World, look how they all look so similar. You can barely tell them apart from one another.
I think the AI scrapers are to blame. They took what the devs said and generated some AI non-sense. We don't have AI writers here.
I'm excited to see what the weapons look like in Wilds, but if the weapons in the same tree look similar, is that really that bad? Or should I start screaming "we were lied to!"
Most likely, I'll be screaming "Let's do this!"
