I spent some time trying to get the benchmark tool to work. I uninstalled and re-installed the tool, that didn't work. I updated windows and video drivers and one or both of those steps fixed it. If you're having issues, try both of those steps.
I ran a baseline, which was to use the tool defaults.

I'm using older hardware, as you can see in the image. I was impressed I exceeded 30fps on 1440p. I'll likely be playing on 1080p, so those are the tests I ran next. The first test was 1080p with High settings.

This test gives me nearly 60fps with good visuals. The details were pretty good, probably better than I need, so this can be improved. I'm only using the presets here, but once I'm in the actual game, I'll be using custom settings.

Next test was 1080p with Medium settings. Even closer to 60fps with this older hardware. I'll use this as a basis to start tweaking settings once the game drops.

I was curious about the lowest possible resolution and settings, so I dropped it to 720p with Low settings. This test exceeded 60fps, but the visuals were really bad. The frame rate was playable, but the game was not really playable with those graphics.

The last test was max everything, just to see what happens. I set it to 1440p with Ultra settings.
The tool says "Playable", it arguably is playable. I mean over 30fps puts me on par with World on PS4. In fact it exceeds that, since World only went to 1080p, this was 1440p.
I'm happy with these results. I'm happy I can use this older hardware for the game. I was worried I would have to invest in some upgrades to make this playable. I'll find the right settings to make this work for me.
